Western Legends: Bass Reeves, Baby Doe Tabor, and Calamity Jane Canary

America’s Wild West was full of weird characters– but are you ready for the fearless black marshall who inspired radio and TV hero–The Lone Ranger; the glamourous silver mine owner who won and lost a fortune; or the tough, real woman who lives in mythology as “Calamity Jane?” They were not cowboys or Indians, soiled doves, or outlaws– but all were true western legends.
