This informational presentation features Eric Carlberg, Program Director and Garden Coordinator for Westosha Senior Community Center. Eric has over 15 years of sustainable farming experience and manages the center's 1-acre vegetable production. In addition to an in-depth overview of cover crops, Eric will share how Westosha incorporates cover crops in a large garden setting into their overall soil health program.
