Description

Explore fascinating stories and engage in thought-provoking discussions at our monthly Documentary Club. Each month features a different film, broadening our understanding of our community and the world around us. Poisoned Ground: The Tragedy at Love Canal recounts the story of ordinary women who fought for their families' health in the late 1970s. Residents of Love Canal discovered their homes were built on a toxic waste dump. The film features interviews with activist housewives, showcasing their battle against authority and their impact on the Superfund Bill.
