More Than 4 Winter Reading Challenge

All Day
All KPL Locations

Description

Did you know that the average American adult reads about 12 books per year? A Gallup study shows this is the lowest average since 1990. This winter Kenosha Public Library is challenging adults in our community to read more than four books between January 1 and March 31. This challenge will get you started to beat that national average and kick-start your reading goal for the year! Participants that return a reading log will have the chance to win a giftcard from a local business!

Rules of Participation

Participants may pick up a reading log at any Kenosha Public Library location.

  1. All participants must be 18 years or older.
  2. Participants must read four (4) books/audiobooks or more between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026 and return the log to be entered into the drawing for a gift card.
  3. Completed logs must be returned to Kenosha Public Library by April 6, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. Only 1 log may be turned in per person.
