An all new chess program by request! RK Chess Mates is a friendly drop-in chess gathering for players of all ages and skill levels. Chessboards are always available, so you can show up and play with other community members. Sessions focus on relaxed, self-directed open play. A facilitator may be available to teach or play, and electronic learning chessboards are also available to use. 

This program is led by Edward Larkin founder of EL Chess Academies, LLC and hosted alternating Wednesday nights by Racine Public Library (1st & 3rd) and Kenosha Public Library- Northside Branch (2nd & 4th). 

RK Chess Mates is a USCF Affiliate Club (A8861618) and partners with EL Chess Academies to promote social and emotional learning through chess.
